IT MIS Development Specialist Vacancy
Job Requirements

Responsibility
-    Coordinate with employees, and prospects to determine requirements under the guidance of the management team
-    Develop Specifications documentation to describe how each feature will work, based on business and user requirements
-    Develop code, test code, debug code and document code as well as assist in the QA process using ASP, .NET framework, Java, PL/SQL and associated tools.
-    Develop modules for web, application and integration tiers using Java technologies (e.g., Java, J2EE,…, etc) and third-party objects.
-    Perform multiple concurrent assignments and lead all software development efforts
-    Thoroughly document and test all work produced
-    Maintain and patch legacy source code under the guidance of the management team
-    Understand the various layers of the application design standard and is capable of producing quality work at each of these layers
-    Contributes to technology, methodology and process standards
-    Design a Business Intelligence solutions to meet the client's business requirements to support reporting, analysis and visualizations requirements
-    Develop and tune database applications in Oracle, SQL Server
-    Perform administrative tasks of the Business Intelligence
-    Develop and execute reusable test scenarios

Education
-    A minimum BSc. or higher degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or related field.
-    0-2 years of software development experience.

Technical Qualifications:
-    Advanced knowledge of the .NET Framework, including Visual Studio, ASP.NET, Web Services.
-    Advanced knowledge of web application tools and integration tiers using Java technologies (e.g., Java, J2EE) and third-party objects.
-    Advanced knowledge with multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) models
-    Advanced knowledge of the Framework
-    Good knowledge with relational DB such as Oracle, MS/SQL.
-    Good knowledge with oracle PL/SQL
-    Good knowledge with DB design
-    Advanced knowledge with DB queries (select statements)
-    Good knowledge with Business Intelligence concept and tools
-    Client/Server network programming
-    Good knowledge of the Adobe Flash Professional, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-    TCPIP and multi-threaded application development experience
-    Good knowledge of the following:
o    Linux

IT QA & Administration Specialist Vacancy
 Job Requirements

Responsibility :
-    Manage and administer the Service Desk IT Incidents, IT Requests, call logging, Systems Change Requests, and Infrastructure Changes and ensuring availability and ability to accurately record user details and follow-up with related IT teams and external support vendors to ensure address all incidents, requests and system change request from inception to closure.
-    Develop and manage IT service & support, System Changes policy and procedure 
-    Monitor and follow up with IT teams to address all problem, change requests and configuration issues.
-    Ensure the quality of the incidents, requests logged and periodically revise quality issues.
-    Follow with IT teams to address all problem, change and configuration issues and ensure the closure of incidents, requests and user confirmation is in place
-    Review all implemented Change to ensure that they have met their objectives, and review all outstanding Changes
-    Continuously assess and provide recommendations and management information on service improvement options and possibilities, participate in process review and improvements meetings.
-    Analyze incident and service desk related reports, analyzing trends
-    Ensure impact, cost, risk and resource assessments are performed, and co-ordinate recovery from change failures
-    Ensuring all IT projects, systems change requests, and infrastructure configuration changes adherence to all IT QA standards, P&Ps, guidelines and regulatory compliance.
-    Monitoring and reporting on performance of IT projects, systems change requests and infrastructure configuration changes.
-    Generate, distribute and review management performance reports to all parties concerned.
-    Follow with IT teams to ensures that Audit findings and recommendations are fulfilled
-    Manage all agreements with vendors and third party service providers.
-    Reviews performance of services from third party service providers periodically
-    Conducts project planning and coordinates tasks / projects with IT teams
-    Manage test environment and preparations and testing process documentation.
-    Any other requests made of the IT Department
-    Establishing a good working relationship with users

Education
-    BSc. in Information Technology or related field.
-    0-2 years preferably in IT admin, and service desk / incident management.

-    Have good knowledge in the following:
o    Infrastructure environments
o    Windows operating systems
o    PC and Server hardware and configuration including related peripherals

IT Support & Operation Specialist Vacancy
 Job Requirements

Responsibility :
-    Monitor and follow up to ensure proper operations and implementation of Network / platforms/ services, computer systems ,,etc.
-    Providing fast and effective quality technical assistant and support over the phone, via remote control and traveling between all sites as necessary to all departments on desktop environment including, but not limited to PCs, printers, scanners, cheque readers, CCTV, ATM’s, Network devices ,,etc.
-    Installing and configuring hardware, software, printers, copiers, etc, replacing parts as required.
-    Provide users with advice and recommendations with regards to their IT needs and respective solutions.
-    Will be responsible for correctly logging and maintaining all operations and support information in ticketing system
-    Working continuously on a task until completion or communicate with hardware and software providers or third parties as necessary to ensure handling the problems.

IT Infrastructure and Networking Specialist Vacancy
 Job Requirements

Responsibility:
-    Manages and administration the Wide and local Area Networks & Telecommunication, and Network solutions / projects/ platforms solutions and services administration through network Utilities and monitors. Analyzes the problems reported and performance to identify the point of failures & follows up with all vendor groups until solving the problem.
-    Manages and implements changes to all network and infrastructure environment.
-    Acts as second line support for problem determination and resolution for the network and infrastructure environment. 
-    Establishes & enforces procedures for proper usage of equipments and Office and infrastructure systems.
-    Provides input towards the bank's data/voice communications, network architecture & strategic  planning. Responsible for the implementation of new strategic network communication facility.

-    Administers and manages the set up of all Servers and updates all Set-up manuals, and the implementation of all software versions, patches and other Utilities.
-    Creates the user profiles of all branch servers & H.O.
-    Manages and analyzes the Help Desk activity from the Database to identify the recurring problems.
-    Monitors ATMs to detect hardware problems & takes necessary action or coordinates with the vendor.
-    Administers all communication equipment Routers, Hubs and fine-tunes the parameters to obtain the optimum result.
-    Configures and administers DNS server, authentication server Branches Server, or systems used for network management
-    Manages the liaison with vendors for Disaster Recovery of the entire network to reduce the down time to the minimum
